I, Madison, the owner of Baked by Madison, LLC, will strive to provide you the customer with quality products and desserts. I am appreciative of your business and am honored you chose me for your celebration or as your personal midnight snack provider. If you are not satisfied with your product(s), please let me know at the time your receive your order. Once your order has been accepted, refunds will not be considered.

Allergens
Please be aware that although I have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen. All products are made on shared equipment with, but not limited to wheat or wheat gluten, eggs, milk, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Photographs & marketing
I respect the privacy of all of my clients. I will not disclose the identity of clients (photographs of people, last names, event details, contract details) without permission. I do however, reserve the right to photograph baked goods and use those photos on my website, social media, or marketing materials. I also reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you, the client.
Cancellations & Refunds for baked goods
1. Baked by Madison, LLC will not offer refunds or exchanges for products that meet my quality standards once a product has been picked up/delivered and accepted by you or another designated party. Additionally, under no circumstances will Baked by Madison provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves my possession. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered. I only give refunds if the product does not meet the flavor, size, and general description detailed in the product description.

2. Flavor and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the product has been accepted and picked up will be at the sole discretion of Baked by Madison. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Baked by Madison. My products are baked from scratch and should be kept at a temperature below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep in mind, variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, overall design, or texture of the products to some degree. Please understand I cannot control changes in texture or changes in color or shape due to weather conditions.
3. Cancellations with full refunds are possible up until 48 hours before pickup or delivery date and time. Cancellations are no longer possible 48 hours or less before pickup or delivery date and time. For example, if you have scheduled your delivery for August 14th at 4pm, you can cancel on August 12th at 8am, but not after 4pm. The only way to cancel is by calling my phone directly at 518-469-9049. I will issue a full refund within 48 hours of speaking with you using the card or payment option that was used to pay for the product(s). Your refund may take additional time to appear in your account depending on the bank or service used.

4. I, Madison, the owner of Baked by Madison, am not liable for damage caused to products that have left my possession or damage that was not caused by me or my business. The following is a list of examples of situations when a product will not be refunded. It is not in any means a limited list: damage to cake, property damage, allergic reaction, guest or customer injury, damage from being left in elements or weather, etc.

5. If your product hasn't been paid for at least 48 hours before your elected pickup or delivery time, your order will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule for a later date.

Cancellation & refunds for t-shirts and merchandise
1. At this time, I don’t offer returns for t-shirts, masks or any other merchandise, but if there’s something wrong with your order such as a wrong or damaged item, please let me know by contacting me at bakedbymadisondelmar@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you. Though the designs on my shop are mine, I outsource the printing and shipping of my products through Printful. When a product ships, the return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
2. At this time, I don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts. I have a size chart listed in the product description section for every item listed in my shop. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know at bakedbymadisondelmar@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
